RECIPES: Guests can taste typical Venetian dishes such as risi e bisi, risotto with chicken livers, wild sprouts or radicchio, home-made pasta with duck sauce, boiled meat, stuffed capon, chicken in tecia with polenta porridge, guinea fowl in salsa pevarada, farm-yard paduan hen in saor, cinnamon apple pie, fruit tarts...
PRODUCTS: We believe in the promotion of our region and want to support excellent small artisan productions. We use therefore local products such as the white asparagus from Badoere and the olive oil from Colli Euganei, Dop and Igp products such as the Treviso red radicchio and the Castelfranco variegated radicchio, the bean from Lamon, the Asiago and Grana Padano cheeses and finally the Slow Food presidia such as the bianco perla corn, the rice from Grumolo delle Abbadesse and the Paduan hen.
We breed courtyard animals (guinea hens, paduan hens, ducks, chickens and capons), rabbits and pigs. we prepare delicious jams with our home-grown fruit and we serve them with cakes and pastries or with our selection of Venetian cheeses produced by local artisans.
WINES: We suggest you to taste the wonderful wines that represent our region, starting from the famous Prosecco di Valdobbiadene and Conegliano and then going to the Serprino, Soave, Lugana, Merlot, Raboso, Cabernet and the great Amarone della Valpolicella, Moscato Fior d'arancio from the Euganean Hills and the Passiti.
EVENTS: Interiors are intimated and refined and guests can therefore spend their time together, in private rooms, feeling at home or among friends.
The menu is agreed together with guests and depends on the demands of the event and on the seasonable products available.
